Welcome to Camila Prints. By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital products (including digital patterns, prints, illustrations, and designs) from Camila Prints, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

1. License Grant

When you purchase a digital product from Camila Prints, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files under the conditions described below. Ownership of the original artwork and files remains with Camila Prints.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the purchased files for:

+ Personal projects
+ Small businesses and fabric shops, with production limited to up to 250 units or yards per file
+ Physical end products such as prints, stationery, fabric, apparel, accessories, and similar items

If you plan to sell more than 250 units/yards, you must purchase an Extended License before exceeding this limit.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

+ Use the files on print-on-demand or third-party marketplace websites, including but not limited to: Zazzle, Cafepress, Redbubble, Merch by Amazon, Society6, Spoonflower, or similar platforms
+ Trace, recreate, modify, or remake the artwork and sell it as your own
+ Resell, share, sublicense, gift, or redistribute the digital files in their original or modified form
+ Claim the artwork as your own or register it as your intellectual property
+ Use the files in any way that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful

4. Digital Products – No Physical Item

All products sold by Camila Prints are digital downloads only. No physical item will be shipped.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once the files have been downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience any issues with your files (such as corruption or download problems), please contact us and I will be happy to assist.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, and digital files are the exclusive property of Camila Prints and are protected by international copyright laws. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright ownership.
